Tryout Dates Set
Beach Elite Tryouts
Beach Elite has decided to conduct tryouts tentatively on August 4th, 5th, 11th and 12th. Times for each age group will be determined at a later date.
We realize that this may create more pressure on players if other clubs decide to conduct their tryouts earlier and force players to commit before our tryout dates end, but we felt conducting them after HS started would provide families a better opportunity to enjoy their summer. We hope that each player understands that a club who has the players best interest at heart will allow them to find the right home for themselves.

SUMMER CAMPS AND CLINICS
VBVBA will be conducting and hosting multiple camps and clinics over the summer. Some of our offerings are:
- 2012 Summer Camps (3 different sessions)
- 2012 Summer High School Team Camp
- 2012 Summer HS Team Competition Camp
- 2012 Summer Futures Volleyball Series (2 different sessions)
- 2012 Advanced Skills Camp with Virginia Commonwealth University, Duke University and William & Mary.
- Middle School preparation clinics will be held throughout the months of Sept and Oct.

VBVBA would like to thank the 114+ players who participated in the 3 hour clinic ran by 2-Time Olympic Gold Medalist, Kerri Walsh Jennings. Not only was Kerri very personable with each participant, she was extremely energetic and inspired every player to work extremely hard. At the end of all the hard work, players got an opportunity to talk to Kerri, get autographs and parents snap pictures of their daughter with heras well as with her gold medal. It was a great time for players, staff and parents!! Thank you Hampton Roads for showing Kerri such a great welcome to our area and the love of volleyball we all have.

If you missed our tryouts and are interested in trying out for any possible open positions, please send us an email and be sure to include the players name and date of birth. This will help us indentify which age group they would be eligible for.

Beach Elite Nfinity 16 Red: Middle
Beach Elite Nfinity 17 Black: Middle or Outside
